Purpose of this class

First part

In this class, we will focus on utilizing the floor to our advantage, emphasizing the coordination of three key aspects: feet, hips, and chest. Our goal is to synchronize these parts to function as one cohesive unit. We will practice basic moves such as 'basic on the spot', 'outside basic', 'rompe adelante', among others. This session will be conducted solo to concentrate on individual technique and foundation.
